This is the (almost) complete list of all important unlocks in multiplayer; includes weapons, perks, etc... (MP spoilers)
Our friends over at WePlayCoD » compiled a list of weapons, equipment, attachments, perks, etc. Just scroll down a bit and see how much you can actually unlock in Modern Warfare 2's Multiplayer mode. This doesn't even include the immense amount of callsigns you will unlock! This complete list will eventually find it's way into the correct pages here on MW24/7 but as you can see this will be quite time consuming.

1:17:25 - Marathon Pro will be unlocked after using the Marathon perk and run for 26 miles
1:17:50 - The pro version of the Commando perk gives you no falling damage; we're not sure to what height...
1:18:45 - You start out with regular playlists but you will be able to unlock hardcore and 3rd person view playlists later on
